27.  In section 50D(1) (rules: consultation requirements)(1), after “rules under” insert “section 27BA or 36PA or”.

Section 50D was inserted by S.I. 2005/2011 and has been previously amended by the Health and Social Care Act 2012 (c.7), section 55(2) and Schedule 5, paragraphs 33 and 37.
