Coming into force
The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by article 132(1) of the Air Navigation Order 20091.
Citation and commencement1
These Regulations may be cited as the Air Navigation (Dangerous Goods) (Amendment) Regulations 2015 and come into force on 30th June 2015.
Amendment of Regulations2
The Air Navigation (Dangerous Goods) Regulations 20022 are amended by substituting for the definition of “Technical Instructions” in regulation 3(1)—
‘Technical Instructions’ means the 2015–2016 English language edition of the Technical Instructions for the Safe Transport of Dangerous Goods by Air, as amended by Corrigendum No. 1 dated 20th November 2014, approved and published by decision of the Council of the International Civil Aviation Organisation3;
Revocation3
The Air Navigation (Dangerous Goods) (Amendment) Regulations 20124 are revoked.
