The Air Navigation (Dangerous Goods) (Amendment) Regulations 2015
Citation and commencement1.
These Regulations may be cited as the Air Navigation (Dangerous Goods) (Amendment) Regulations 2015 and come into force on 30th June 2015.
Amendment of Regulations2.
“‘Technical Instructions’ means the 2015–2016 English language edition of the Technical Instructions for the Safe Transport of Dangerous Goods by Air, as amended by Corrigendum No. 1 dated 20th November 2014, approved and published by decision of the Council of the International Civil Aviation Organisation3;”.

These Regulations further amend the Air Navigation (Dangerous Goods) Regulations 2002. The definition of “Technical Instructions” is replaced by a definition referring to the 2015-2016 English language edition of the Technical Instructions for the Safe Transport of Dangerous Goods, as amended by Corrigendum No. 1 dated 20th November 2014, approved and published by decision of the Council of the International Civil Aviation Organisation.
The Air Navigation (Dangerous Goods) (Amendment) Regulations 2012 are revoked.
An Impact Assessment has been produced in respect of these Regulations and will be published on www.legislation.gov.uk.
