11.1.  References to the Secretary of State in Chapters 2 and 3 include the official receiver acting on the direction of the Secretary of State in making an application for—

(a)a bankruptcy restrictions order or an interim bankruptcy restrictions order in accordance with paragraph 1(2)(b) or 5(3)(b) respectively of Schedule 4A M1; or

(b)a debt relief restrictions order or an interim debt relief restrictions order in accordance with paragraph 1(2)(b) or 5(3)(b) respectively of Schedule 4ZB M2.
