CHAPTER 2 U.K.AMENDMENT OF THE HEALTH AND PERSONAL SOCIAL SERVICES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2001

Amendment of section 15 U.K.

114.—(1) Section 15 (appeals to the Care Tribunal) M1 is amended as follows.

(2) In subsection (2)(b), after “decision” insert “ or, in the case of an appeal from a decision falling within subsection (3)(c), direct that the alert be withdrawn or amended ”.

(3) In subsection (3)—

(a) in paragraph (a), omit the “and” at the end;

(b) in paragraph (b), at the end, insert “ , and ”;

(c) after paragraph (b), insert—

“(c) a decision under regulation 67 of the General Systems Regulations to send an alert about a person.”.
