26.  Regulation 72 of the relevant regulations (procedure on issue of postal ballot papers)(1) applies for the purposes of the referendum but as if in paragraph (8) for sub-paragraphs (a) and (b) there were substituted “as mentioned in column 3 of the table in regulation 63(2) or 66(6) of the European Union Referendum (Conduct) Regulations 2016.”
