[F16A.  In section 35(1), after “section 33(1) above”, insert “as applied by regulation 4(6) and (7) of the Food for Specific Groups (Information and Compositional Requirements) (England) Regulations 2016,]E+W+S

7.  In section 35, after subsection (1A), insert—E+W+S

(1B) A person guilty of an offence under section 10(2), as applied by regulation 4(1) of the [F2Food for Specific Groups (Information and Compositional Requirements)] (England) Regulations 2016, is liable, on summary conviction, to a fine.

[F38.  In section 35(2), after “any other offence under this Act”, insert “including an offence under section 33(2), as applied by regulation 4(6) and (7) of the Food for Specific Groups (Information and Compositional Requirements) (England) Regulations 2016,]E+W+S
