12. In Schedule 1 to the Corporate Manslaughter and Corporate Homicide Act 2007 (list of government departments etc)(1)—
(a)at the appropriate place insert “Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy”,
(b)omit “Department for Business, Innovation and Skills” and “Department of Energy and Climate Change”.
Schedule 1 was amended by S.I. 2008/396, art. 2, by S.I. 2009/229, Sch. 2 and by S.I. 2009/2748, Sch. Other amendments have been made to Schedule 1 which are not relevant to this Order.
