14.  In article 2 of the Housing (Right to Buy) (Service Charges) Order 1986 (interpretation), in the definition of “index figure”(1)—

(a) for “BIS” in each place substitute “BEIS”, and

(b) for “Department for Business, Innovation and Skills” substitute “Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy”.
