2.  In Schedule 2 to the Parliamentary Commissioner Act 1967 (Departments etc subject to investigation)(1)—

(a) omit “Department for Business, Innovation and Skills” and “Department of Energy and Climate Change”, and

(b) at the appropriate places insert “Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy” and “Department for International Trade”.
