35. In the following provisions(1) of the Guarantees of Origin of Electricity Produced from High-efficiency Cogeneration Regulations 2007, for “Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Change” substitute “Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy”—
(a)the definition of “the competent authority” in regulation 2(1) (interpretation);
(b)regulation 3(2) (issue of guarantees).
The provisions amended by this paragraph were amended by S.I. 2009/229, Sch. 2.
