44. In the following provisions of the South Gloucestershire and Stroud College (Government) Regulations 2011, for “Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills” substitute “Secretary of State for Education”—
(a)clause 1(k) of Schedule 1 (instrument of government);
(b)clause 1(h) of Schedule 2 (articles of government).
