The amendments made by Schedule 3 to section 6 of the 1992 Act do not apply in relation to a qualifying scoping opinion request.

The amendments made by Schedule 4 to rules 4 and 8 of the 2006 Rules do not apply in relation to a qualifying scoping opinion request.

In this paragraph and paragraph 9, “qualifying scoping opinion request” means a request made under rule 8(1) of the 2006 Rules before the commencement date.
