In section 50 of the Glasgow Airport Rail Link Act 2007 (rights of the Crown and Scottish Minsters)56—

a

in subsection (2)(a)—

i

after “Crown Estate Commissioners” insert “or a relevant person”, and

ii

at the end insert “or that person”; and

b

after subsection (2), insert—

In subsection (2), “relevant person”, in relation to any property, rights or interests to which section 90B(5) of the Scotland Act 1998 applies, means the person who manages that property or those rights or interests.
