Savings for certain insolvency rules4

In this regulation, “the relevant amendments” means the amendments made by—
a
paragraphs 12, 13(1), 14 and 15 of Schedule 6 to, the Deregulation Act 2015; and
b
sections 122, 123, 124 and 125 of, and Schedule 93 to, the Small Business, Enterprise and Employment Act 2015.

The Insolvency Act 19864, insofar as it applies to proceedings under the following instruments, continues to have effect without the relevant amendments for the purposes of the application of those instruments—
a
the Railway Administration Order 20015;
b
the Limited Liability Partnerships Regulations 20016;
c
the Energy Act 20047;
d
the Energy Administration Rules 20058;
e
the PPP Administration Order Rules 20079;
f
the Water Industry (Special Administration) Rules 200910;
g
the Energy Act 201111;
h
the Charitable Incorporated Organisations (Insolvency and Dissolution) Regulations 201212;
i
the Energy Supply Company Administration Rules 201313; and
j
the Postal Administration Rules 201314.
