In the Merchant Shipping (International Safety Management (ISM) Code) Regulations 2014 M1 in regulation 2 (interpretation) in paragraph (1) for the definition of “Certifying Authority”, substitute—
“Certifying Authority” means the Secretary of State or any person authorised by the Secretary of State;
