SCHEDULE U.K. AMENDMENTS OF SECONDARY LEGISLATION ON EXIT DAY

Amendment of the Merchant Shipping (International Safety Management (ISM) Code) Regulations 2014 U.K.

26.  In the Merchant Shipping (International Safety Management (ISM) Code) Regulations 2014 M1 in regulation 2 (interpretation) in paragraph (1) for the definition of “Certifying Authority”, substitute—

““Certifying Authority” means the Secretary of State or any person authorised by the Secretary of State;”.
