2. So far as extending to Scotland, section 56 of, and Schedule 22(1) to, the Crime and Courts Act 2013 (drugs and driving), come into force on 1st March 2018.
Paragraph 8 and 14 of Schedule 22 were repealed by the Deregulation Act 2015 (c. 20), Schedule 11, paragraph 15.
