In article 2 of the Sea Fish (Specified Manx Waters) Licensing Order 1990(1), in the definition of “length”, for the words from “Article 2(1)” to the end substitute “Article 2(1) of Regulation (EU) 2017/1130 of the European Parliament and of the Council defining characteristics for fishing vessels(2)”.
