SCHEDULE 3 Amendments consequential on the transfer of functions in relation to social workers

Education (Postgraduate Master’s Degree Loans) (Wales) Regulations 2017

42.—(1) The Education (Postgraduate Master’s Degree Loans) (Wales) Regulations 2017(1) are amended as follows.

(2) In the English language text, in regulation 3(3)(j)(iii) (eligible students), after “section 67(4)(a) of the Care Standards Act 2000” insert “, or under section 46 of the Children and Social Work Act 2017,”.

(3) In the Welsh language text of those Regulations (Rheoliadau Addysg (Benthyciadau at Radd Feistr Ôl-raddedig) (Cymru) 2017), in regulation 3(3)(j)(iii) (myfyrwry cymwys), after “adran 67(4)(a) o Ddeddf Safonau Gofal 2000” insert “, neu o dan adran 46 o Ddeddf Plant a Gwaith Cymdeithasol 2017,”.
