SCHEDULE 3 Amendments consequential on the transfer of functions in relation to social workers

Northern Ireland Social Care Council (Appointments and Procedure) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2001

5.  In regulation 4(1) (disqualification for appointment) of the Northern Ireland Social Care Council (Appointments and Procedure) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2001(1)—

(a) in sub-paragraph (e), after “the Health and Care Professions Council,” insert “Social Work England,”,

(b) in sub-paragraph (f), after “Health and Social Work Professions Order 2001” insert “, or in the register of social workers in England maintained under section 39(1) of the Children and Social Work Act 2017,”.
