103.—(1) In regulation 50(5)(b) of the Residential Property Tribunal Procedures and Fees (Wales) Regulations 2016(1), at the end insert “or civil partners”.

(2) In the Welsh language text of those Regulations, in regulations 50(5)(b), at the end insert “neu bartneriaid sifil”.
