114. In article 23(c)(ii) of the Armed Forces (Redundancy, Resettlement and Gratuity Earnings Schemes) (No 2) Order 2010(1), after “civil partnership, or” insert “prior the date on which the Civil Partnership (Opposite-sex Couples) Regulations 2019 came into force”.
