In section 39 of the Welfare Reform Act 2012146—

(a)

in subsection (1)(b), for “as a married couple” substitute “as if they were a married couple or civil partners”;

(b)

in subsection (3)(b), for “as a married couple” substitute “as if they were a married couple or civil partners”.
