60. In regulation 2(1) of the Registration of Social Care and Independent Health Care (Wales) Regulations 2002(1), in the definition of “relative”, in the words after paragraph (c), for the words from “references to “spouse”” to the end substitute “and references to “spouse or civil partner” in relation to any person include a former spouse or civil partner and a person who is living with the person as if they were a married couple or civil partners”.
