89.  In article 3(4) of the Digital Switchover (Disclosure of Information) Act 2007 (Prescription of Information) Order 2007(1), for the definition of “couple” substitute—

“couple” means two people who—

(a)

are married to, or civil partners of, each other and normally live at the same address; or

(b)

are not married to, or civil partners of, each other but normally live together at the same address as if they were a married couple or civil partners;.
