93. In regulation 1(2) of the Pension Protection Fund (Pension Compensation Sharing and Attachment on Divorce etc) Regulations 2011(1), in the definition of “relevant partner”, for the words from “of either sex” to the end substitute “who was not married to, or in a civil partnership with, the transferee but who was living with the transferee as if they were a married couple or civil partners”.
