Disclosure of State Pension Credit Information (Warm Home Discount) Regulations 2011

95.  In regulation 2(1) of the Disclosure of State Pension Credit Information (Warm Home Discount) Regulations 2011(1), in the definition of “couple”, in paragraph (b), for “as a married couple” substitute “as if they were a married couple or civil partners”.
