SCHEDULE 3 U.K. Consequential amendments

23.  In regulation 18 (requirements for register of members), in the modification of section 164 of the Act, for paragraph (c) substitute— U.K.

“(c) in the case of a limited company that is a UK-registered company, the registered number;”.
