117. Chapter 1 of Part 2 of the Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005 (investigatory powers) applies to an offence under—
(a)Part 4 (Finance),
(b)regulation 70 (dealing with UN-designated ships subject to asset-freeze), or
(c)regulation 95 (finance: licensing offences).
