In regulation 80 (marking)—
a
in paragraph (1) for “On” substitute “Subject to paragraph (1A), on”, and
b
after paragraph (1) insert—
1A
Paragraph (1) does not apply if the Registrar is satisfied that the ship is a sanctioned ship.
