5.—(1) The Secretary of State may designate persons M1 by name for the purposes of any of the following—

(a)regulations 11 to 15 (Finance); F1...

(b)regulation 17 (Immigration) [F2; and]

[F3(c)regulation 27N (technical assistance relating to aircraft).]

(2) The Secretary of State may designate different persons for the purposes of [F4different provisions mentioned in] paragraph (1).
