36.  The following EU instruments are revoked—

(a) Commission Decision 2004/388/EC on an Intra-Community transfer of explosives document; and

(b) Commission Decision 2010/347/EU amending Commission Decision 2004/388/EC on an Intra-Community transfer of explosives document.
