SCHEDULE 2 Amendment of the Weights and Measures Act 1985

General

1.  In the Weights and Measures Act 1985 omit section 76 (fees for performance of EU obligations)(1).

Section 76 was amended by the Treaty of Lisbon (Changes in Terminology) Order 2011 (SI 2011/1043), article 6(1)(e) and (3).
