Amendment to regulation 38 E+W+S

24.  In regulation 38 (fees)—

(a) for “a United Kingdom notified”, substitute “ an approved ” in both places in which it occurs;

(b) In sub-paragraph (2)(a), for “United Kingdom notified” substitute “ approved ”.
