Amendment to regulation 17 E+W+S

13.  In regulation 17 (ensuring compliance of regulated measuring instruments), in paragraph (2)—

(a) in sub-paragraph (c), for “CE”, substitute “ UK ”; and

(b) in sub-paragraph (d), omit “EU”.
