Amendment to regulation 36 E+W+S

20.  In regulation 36 (private importers)—

(a) in paragraph (1)(b)—

(i) in paragraph (ii) for “(EU declaration of conformity and CE marking)” substitute “ (declaration of conformity and UK marking) ”;

(ii) in paragraph (iii) omit “EU”;

(b) in paragraph (4) for “notified” substitute “ approved ”.
