(a)in paragraph (1)(b)—
(i)in paragraph (ii) for “(EU declaration of conformity and CE marking)” substitute “ (declaration of conformity and UK marking) ”;
(ii)in paragraph (iii) omit “EU”;
(b)in paragraph (4) for “notified” substitute “ approved ”.
