Amendment to regulation 7 E+W+S

5.  In regulation 7 (making available and putting into service)—

(a) omit paragraph (1)(c)(ii);

(b) in paragraph (2)—

(i) in sub-paragraph (a) omit “either Directive 97/68/EC or”;

(ii) in sub-paragraph (b) omit “either the Directive or”.
