2. The end of 30 June 2021 is the deadline for submission of an application for residence status (“application deadline”) that applies for the purposes of the following provisions—
(a)the first sub-paragraph of Article 18(1)(b) of the withdrawal agreement(1);
(b)the first sub-paragraph of Article 17(1)(b) of the EEA EFTA separation agreement(2), and
(c)the first sentence of Article 16(1)(b) of the Swiss citizens’ rights agreement(3).
