1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Product Safety and Metrology etc. (Amendment etc.) (UK(NI) Indication) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020.
(2) Except as provided in paragraphs (3) to (5), these Regulations come into force on IP completion day.
(3) This Part and Part 6 come into force immediately before the coming into force of regulation 2(1) of the Product Safety and Metrology (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 M1.
(4) Part 4 comes into force immediately before IP completion day.
(5) Part 5 comes into force immediately before the coming into force of regulation 10 of the Product Safety, Metrology and Mutual Recognition Agreement (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 M2.
