In the heading for “secretary on behalf of the Commissioners” substitute “the Public Works Loans Secretary on behalf of the Treasury”.

For “Loan Commissioners” substitute “Treasury” in each place occurring.

For “their secretary” substitute “the Public Works Loans Secretary”.

For “such secretary” substitute “the Public Works Loans Secretary”.

For “under the direction of the Commissioners”, in both places occurring, substitute “under the direction of the Treasury”.

For “the secretary of the Commissioners” substitute “the Public Works Loans Secretary”.
