57. Save for differences or disputes arising under sub-paragraphs 49(2) and 49(4) any difference or dispute arising between the undertaker and Cadent under this Part of this Schedule must, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the undertaker and Cadent, be determined by arbitration in accordance with article 47 (arbitration).E+W
