79. Where the undertaker is to relay or move any length of the existing gas pipeline it will be laid to contour at a depth of not less than 1.1 metres from the ground surface to the top of the pipeline and where this depth cannot reasonably be achieved by the undertaker it will give written details of this to P66.E+W
