The Office for Students, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 42(1) of the Higher Education and Research Act 2017 M1, makes the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Power to Award Degrees etc. (Arden University Limited) Order 2020 and shall come into force on 1st September 2020.

[F12. Arden University Limited shall be competent to grant taught awards of the kind mentioned in section 42(2)(a) and defined under section 42(3) of the said Act.]

This Order, made under section 42(1) of the Higher Education and Research Act 2017 authorises Arden University Limited with the power to award taught awards for a one- year fixed term expiring on 31st August 2021. This Order will come into force on 1st September 2020.
