Citation, commencement, extent and application1

These Regulations may be cited as the Animals, Food, Plant Health, Plant Propagating Material and Seeds (Miscellaneous Amendments etc.) Regulations 2022 and come into force 21 days after the day on which they are laid.

These Regulations, except for Part 2, extend to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland, but apply in relation to England and Wales, and Scotland.

Part 2 of these Regulations extends to England and Wales, but applies in relation to England.
