SCHEDULE 10PROTECTION OF PORT OF BRIDGWATER

The Agency must give to the Harbour Authority—
a
not less than 14 days’ written notice of its intention to commence the construction of a specified work (except minor works of maintenance or repair), and
b
not more than 14 days after completion written notice of the completion of such construction.
