68. Save for differences or disputes arising under sub-paragraphs 60(2) and 60(4) any difference or dispute arising between the undertaker and Cadent under this Part of this Schedule must, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the undertaker and Cadent, be determined by arbitration in accordance with article 53 (arbitration).E+W
