These Regulations may be cited as the Judicial Review and Courts Act 2022 (Magistrates’ Court Sentencing Powers) (Revocation and Amendment) Regulations 2023.

These Regulations come into force on the day after the day they are made.

These Regulations extend to England and Wales.
