Roads (Northern Ireland) Order 1993

35.—(1) The Roads (Northern Ireland) Order 1993(1) is amended as follows.

(2) In the following provisions for “retained EU” substitute “assimilated”—

(a) Article 67(2A)(a)(ii) and (b)(iii)(2), in the text of the modifications;

(b) Article 67(4C)(c) and (6)(d)(3);

(c) Article 67A(7C)(b)(4).
