Coming into force
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 150(1) and (2) of the Government of Wales Act 20061, makes the following Order.
In accordance with section 150(5) of that Act, a draft of this Order was laid before Parliament and was approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
Citation, extent and commencement1

This Order may be cited as the Local Government and Elections (Wales) Act 2021 (Corporate Joint Committees) (Consequential Amendments) Order 2023.

An amendment made by this Order has the same extent as the provision amended.

This Order comes into force on 1st April 2023.
